MDream Children’s Home Talent Show

On December 17, MDream Garden Children’s Home sponsored a Christmas concert to thank its volunteers and sponsors from 2011.

The children prepared the concert’s events in festival manner, and put on a variety of shows and productions. Among these were traditional Korean dancing, comedic skits, caroling, and even a performance from the MD Garden Band.

The entire event was filled with merriment, and it was apparent the children had worked hard to produce the best concert possible.

Most of the events presented were prepared solely by the children, which added to the charm. In one of the productions, some of the volunteers participated, shuffling style, which caused laughter to erupt among everyone present.

Towards the end of the concert, in classic MDream fashion, the kids gave back to their supporters with a raffle. Prizes were given to some of the many volunteers that were present.

Overall, a good time was had by all and I look forward to next year’s concert.
