Salad with fried shrimp noodles

Main Ingredients: Plain noodles, 15 raw shrimp, a ½ head of lettuce, 3 tablespoons of potato starch, 1 cup of cooking oil
Dressing Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of honey mustard, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Equipment: a shallow pan, pot, colander, small bowl, spoon, plates, paper towels
Directions
- Boil the noodles in a pot and drain in a colander.
- Peel the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
- Wash the lettuce and pat dry with paper towels.
- Cover the shrimp with potato starch and wrap the noodles around the shrimp.
- Heat oil to 180 degrees Celsius in the shallow pan and fry the shrimp for 40-50 seconds on each side.
- Arrange lettuce on the plate and place the fried shrimp on top.
- Mix the mayonnaise, honey mustard, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl to create sauce.
- Drizzle the dressing over the shrimp and lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
