The winter vacation was long, and I tried many things, but I wanted to share some of them with you so that you may check out other programs at the ACC or other locations in Gwangju, such as the gallery, or try these delicacies. Even if we aren’t a big shot yet, and even if we’re pissed off most of the time, we can still enjoy the little things in life.

Though Crescent is quite new in the food business, having been opened in 2020, it has become a well-known place among gourmands due to its unforgettable curry tastiness. Once discovered, it is impossible not to come back. Just try it!
Situated in Yangnim-dong, Tiramitous (티라미뚜) was first introduced to me by a friend. I had no expectations of something special, since there are so many coffees hops with a solid variety of delicious desserts in and outside of Gwangju. Therefore, what could have been special about this one?
It is located just a two-minute drive from the Chungjangsa (충장사) shrine or a ten-minute walk from the bus stop with the same name, on the left side. Its huge garden is among the attractions one can experience there. I would argue Café Earthy is basically a small park in itself rather than a mere coffee shop.
