Pizza with Sliced Rice Cakes
Ingredients: sliced rice cake 150g, mozzarella cheese 100g, vegetables (to your liking), ham 50g, corn 4ts, sauce (pizza sauce, ketchup, mustard), and cooking oil
Tool: knife, cutting board, pan, sifter
Recipe
- Wash sliced rice cakes and put them in the sifter.
- Measure and cut enough rice cake to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Prepare the vegetables.
- Chop the ham.
- Fry the vegetables and ham for 30 seconds. Then, remove.
- Place the rice cake in the bottom of the pan. (If needed, add some oil to prevent sticking.)
- Spread the prepared vegetables, ham, and corn over the top of the rice cake like a pizza.
8. Add mozzarella cheese.
9. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
