Sahu is highly passionate about the black and white landscape photographs of Michael Kenna. Kenna’s work is Sahu’s inspiration and motivation.
Gwangju has its very own traditional Thai dance troupe. All five of the specially trained traditional Thai dancers (below) live in Gwangju and began dancing together after meeting socially in 2011.
Artist Statement:
My art works run along strong environmental themes, and attempt to create an immersion of vision. This allows the viewer to witness the subtleties in passing of time. These are heavily influenced by the environments I find myself in every day, and attempt to recall these experiences of my memory for the viewer to share.
